Mr. Boyce Henderson Keating, Jr. 91, of Batesville, MS, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Methodist Medical Center in Oakridge, TN. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Batesville and enjoyed playing golf.

Mr. Keating is survived by one son, Phillip Keating of Oakridge, TN; one sister Ouida Allison of Atlanta, GA and one brother Ralph Keating (Mary) of Batesville, MS. He was preceded in death by his wife, The Late Betty Cobb Keating; one son, The Late Mark Keating; one grandson, The Late Allen Keating; and his parents, The Late Boyce Henderson and Byrd Towles Keating.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be sent to First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 797, Batesville, MS 38606.
