Mr. William “Bill” Osborn, 55, of Batesville, MS, passed away June 1, 2014 at Tri-Lakes Medical Center in Batesville.

He was member of Hosanna Family Worship Center. He enjoyed spending time on the lake with his family and friends and playing cards and dominos.

Mr. Osborn is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Shirlena Wolfe Osborn of Batesville, MS; one daughter, Sherry Lee Manasco of Oakland, MS; three sisters, Betty Jean Johnson, Angela Annette Jaco, and Paulette Osborn, all of Batesville, MS, and Rebecca Pittman of Memphis, TN; four grandchildren, Chris Manasco, Kevin Manasco, Tiffany Manasco, and Jonathan Manasco. He was preceded in death by one daughter, The Late Sandra Gail Osborn and his parents, The Late Elton Eugene Osborn and Shelby Jean Roden Osborn. Dickins Funeral Home of Batesville, MS has charge of arrangements.
