Mr. Charles L. Forsyth, 85, of Senatobia, MS, formally of Memphis, TN, passed away on June 13, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Senatobia. During the time, he and his wife lived in Memphis, he was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church for 20 years, served as deacon at Highland Heights Baptist Church and was co-owner of Acme Glass Company. His family remembers him as the best husband and father anyone could have.

Mr. Forsyth is survived by his wife of 65 years, Margaret Forsyth of Senatobia, MS; three daughters, Linda Edwards of Clinton, MS, Diana L. Dukes (Marc) of Senatobia, MS and Cheryl L. McDaniel (Cary) of Olive Branch, MS; 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn Claire Sanderlin Forsyth and William James Forsyth and one brother Sam Forsyth.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Senatobia, MS. Visitation will be from 9:30-11 a.m. at the church, preceding the funeral services. Memorials may be sent to Mission Fund, First Baptist Church, 317 Ward Street, Senatobia, MS 38668. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
