Sheila Gail Jones Ellis, 60, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015 at her home in Coldwater, MS.

She was born on August 3, 1955 in Memphis, TN to Billy Ray Jones and Frances Moore Jones. She was an inspiration to many and loved by those who knew her.

Sheila is survived by her husband, Talmadge Elzie Ellis; three daughters, Christee Ellis, Tammy Brownlee (Robert), and Cathy Mullins (John); six grandchildren, Coletyn Brownlee, Tanner Strawn, Kaylee Mullins, Cameron Koehn, Kaitlyn Mullins, and Angel Mullins; two brothers, William Jones (Lisha) and Walter Jones (Carolyn); two sisters, Belinda Lowrie (Donnie) and Marsha Whitehead (Bruce). She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Wanda Jones.

Sheila had great faith, loved gardening, being outside, and family time, but her greatest joy was her grandchildren. In honor of her wishes, no services will be held. At a later date, the family will hold a private memorial/tree planting in her honor. In keeping with her request, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
