David Eugene Nolan, 66, of Batesville, MS, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Memphis VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN.

He was born in Cleveland, MS on December 18, 1949 to Bobbie Ruth Goodwin and Washington Alvis Nolan. He was a heavy equipment operator with Evans Sand & Gravel, Inc. Mr. Nolan was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Vicky Lynn Nolan of Batesville; two daughters, Angie N. Wilson (Bobby) of Batesville and Cindy N. Bonner (Dwain) of Courtland; and one son, William Elan Nolan of Batesville; four brothers, Bob Nolan, Dale Nolan, Stacey Nolan, and Ronnie Nolan; and four grandchildren,
