Viola Ladell  Vaughn (Angle)
Mrs. Viola Ladell Angle Vaughn, 87, of Senatobia, MS, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital - DeSoto in Southaven.

Mrs. Vaughn was born on November 27, 1930 in Darling, MS to The Late Quill and Lela Angle. She was a member of Crenshaw Church of God and a member of the Eastern Star in Arkabutla. Mrs. Vaughn always had a smile on her face and loved her family and friends. As a talented seamstress, she worked for The William Carter Company in Senatobia in her early years and always enjoyed working the polls on election day as a service to her community. She enjoyed gardening and canning and was a wonderful cook who made a variety of pickles, soups and fresh pies. Mrs. Vaughn loved her family deeply, second only to her love of Jesus Christ. She always had a smile on her face and will be deeply missed.

She leaves behind her loving family which includes three sons, Homer Vaughn (Peggy) of Senatobia, MS, Dean Vaughn (Brenda) of Longtown, and Tommy Vaughn (Dianna) of Senatobia, MS; six step-children; six grandchildren, Nicole Vaughn of Searcy, AR, Jonathan Vaughn (Holly) of Southaven, MS, Christy Vaughn of Germantown, TN, Kaylea Vaughn of Memphis, TN, Nicholas Vaughn of Senatobia, MS, and Pvt. Landon Vaughn of Senatobia, MS; three grandchildren, Ava Vaughn, Harlow Vaughn, and Hendrix Louis Love. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Toy Brown "Hoss" Vaughn, her second husband of 15 years, William Henry Gregory; her daughter, Joann Vaughn; and her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018, at 2pm in the Senatobia Chapel of Ray-Nowell Funeral Home with Bro. Hal Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Longtown Cemetery near Crenshaw. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Saturday from 12pm until service time at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
