Mrs. O'Neal is survived by six daughters, Judy Youngblood and Sue Gowens of Sarah, MS, Kay Dean and Clara Goodwin of Crenshaw, MS, Fay Lane of Tunica, MS and Stephanie O’Neal of Horn Lake, MS; one son, Howard Eugene O’Neal of Tunica, MS; two sisters, Barbara Parker and Kathrine Wade; two brothers, Roy Tillman and Kenny Tillman; 19 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard O’Neal; two daughters, Milly O’Neal and Kathy Chambers; and one sister, the late Maxcine Carlisle. Ray-Nowell Funeral Home, Senatobia, MS has charge of arrangements.
