Condolence: Robert will be sorely missed here in oklahoma. He has fans all over and has touched a lot of our lives through music. I was lucky enough to have talked to him over the phone about personal things. He took time out for things like that. Randi and I both loved him not only for his music but for what he had to offer as a person. To a grey artist, friend, and father. We love you Robert.

Condolence: I came across Robert's music via Shooter Jennings and was struck by the honest and soulful lyrics and music. We became e-mail "friends" and although I have never met him we shared many laughs and some pain and I thought of him as a true friend and mentor. I will miss our late night or early morning chats as he always had time to reply, to share and to offer some encouragement. I hope that I was able to provide the same for him. I last "spoke" with him last week and I am so saddened to learn of his passing. I offer my sincere condolences to his wife and children and to his musical family of friends. He spoke with great love of all of you! From the Northern Bayou way up in Muskoka Ontario Canada 3 hours due north of Toronto-if you ever wonder how far his music stretched, well that is pretty far from Sardis Mississippi. I will miss him greatly!

Condolence: Robert was an incredible story teller, singer- songwriter & musician. We became friends very fast in our mutual quest for love, peace and naturally our passion & joy for the music. Although our time together has been cut short, Robert has left a mark on our hearts that will be with us for the rest of our lives. His music and stories will live forever. His hope for the human condition will not be forgotten. Robert, our friend, will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with his family. Agape, Sunny & Gid Stuckey
